THE PARTNERS

David is a partner and vice president of Aldieri Associates, Inc. A 1989 magna-cum-laude graduate of Boston College Carroll School of Management with a B.S. degree in Finance, David has been employed by Aldieri Associates since 1991. In 1993, he was made a principal of the firm. Prior to 1991, David was employed as a commercial review appraiser at Connecticut Bank and Trust. Currently, his duties include office manager, commercial appraiser, as well as commercial sales and leasing agent. David is a general certified appraiser  in the State of Connecticut. 

David  served nine years on the Board of Directors of the Main Street Community and two years as Secretary.  He is a three term past board member of the Bristol Boys and Girls Club and Family Center;   past-president and treasurer of the Bristol Rotary Club, former treasurer of the Schwartz-Bristol Rotary Scholarship Fund, and has served on various local committees. He is active in the community, having lived in Bristol all his life. 

Mike is a partner and president of Aldieri Associates, Inc. A graduate from Bentley College with a B.S. degree in Economics-Finance in May of 1985, Michael has since been employed at Aldieri Associates Inc. as a real estate appraiser, consultant, and broker.  Michael pursued the prestigious MAI designation from The Appraisal Institute and was awarded the designation in April of 1993. Michael has held a salesperson license in the State of Connecticut since 1986 and in 2000 received a broker’s license. Michael has been active in the City of Bristol over the years, working with a variety of organizations in a volunteer capacity.
